For the last 30 years, we have been helping restaurants, clubs, vendors, and hotels all over the world open, manage and grow their operations by providing a suite of bespoke projection, analytical, and bookkeeping services.• We currently work with companies across the globe in New York, Miami, London, Paris, Rome, and Hong Kong. It is fortunate enough to work with restaurants that hold 14 Michelin stars between them. As a Senior Account Manager/Operations Manager, involved in the expansion and growth of the Paperchase footprint further in the USA.Current Role:• Managing Paperchase Miami Office and involve in US operations. Responsible for handling our multi-million-dollar Florida clients and a few other clients.• I work with diverse clients. Represent and manage each client\'s accounting team in Paperchase and acts as a liaison between client’s management and internal respective offshore Paperchase Accounting teams.• Outsource and manage our client’s end-to-end bookkeeping, month-end & Year-end closing, Financial Consulting, Forecasting, payroll processing, and ad-hoc reporting.• We implement financial processes and controls for our clients aligning with their business operations for accuracy in financials.• Working closely with Clients’ Ownership, CEOs, CFOs, Directors, Investors, Controllers, and Management for ensuring efficiency in FP & A, Reporting, Financial Operations, and efficiency in weekly KPIs analytics & trends and Consulting with Profit and Cost Optimization.• Involved in Paperchase’s internal ancillary operations like hiring, process improvement, mentorship, training etc.
