With over 18 plus years of experience in IT and customer service, I bring a diverse and adaptable skill set spanning US IT staffing, consulting, telecom, and event management.In the US IT staffing industry, I’ve spent more than 15 plus years in key roles including IT Technical Recruiter, Team Lead, Vendor Coordinator, and Account Manager. I possess end-to-end expertise in the staffing lifecycle — from sourcing and recruitment strategy to payroll, immigration, and US tax compliance. I have hands-on experience working across multiple time zones and visa categories, including H-1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and TN.Prior to staffing, I spent 4+ years at TATA Teleservices, where I honed my customer service, billing resolution, and retention skills. That dynamic environment strengthened my ability to solve problems efficiently while maintaining client satisfaction.Earlier in my career, I was deeply involved in promotions and event management — a fast-paced field that sharpened my creativity, time management, and adaptability.Now, I’m looking to contribute to a forward-thinking organization that values innovation, integrity, and collaboration.
