I work with a great team and we get the details right to keep projects on track and within budget. We use Primavera (P6) project management software to look at schedules and budgets. We also use other tools like Milestone Pro, OnePager, Excel (and the rest of the MS suite). Fuze. Oracle products, etc to make sure all our schedules are aligned and work continues to move forward.
