   CDK provides enterprise-level dealer management software (DMS) that powers over retail client locations. They provide Service, Accounting, Parts, F&I and Sales platforms that facilitate dealer business process making it easier for dealerships to excel. UX design lead on our NextGen software portal. The portal is structured to support a core group of global services, allow customers to build their software package a la-carte and support a diverse set of applications. Partnered with product owners to set specifications, design workflows and support the development process. Using the established design system, designed reusable components that could be applied across applications. Worked with PO\'s and product leadership to improve the QA process to enhance usability, reduce refactoring and improve customer product perception. Created test plans and executed research to acquire customer insights about current workflows and test new workflows.
