I am a researcher focusing on employment, technology and finance with a decade of experience. My work has been cited by the IMF and Agami Foundation. My submissions in response to new conventions and proposed legislations have been acknowledged by the ILO and relevant national regulatory bodies in India. Currently I am working on my doctoral thesis which focusses on algorithmic management. My specialisations are in finance, technology, sustainability policy and employment relations.
