About Srethan V P
My journey in engineering has always been driven by one simple belief i.e, machines should make life easier for the people who depend on them.That belief grew stronger during my years building ATVs for BAJA SAE India, where I learned what it means to design for the real world for rough terrain, unpredictable loads. Those long nights perfecting our vehicle and leading my team as Captain taught me the value of persistence, teamwork, and engineering that doesn’t quit.Today, I carry that same spirit into my role in the Farm Equipment Division – R&D. Here, my work revolves around taking ideas from concept to field-ready solutions: the kind that improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and genuinely support the people who rely on our machines. What motivates me most is knowing that every decision in R&D affects the customer directly.These improvements matter on the field, far away from conference rooms and CAD screens.What makes it all meaningful is knowing that the work I do touches agriculture, a field that sustains millions of lives. I genuinely feel grateful that my engineering efforts in some small way help farmers work more efficiently and with more confidence. Supporting agriculture through technology is something I take pride in every day.
