I lead the incredibly talented Design team at Knak, where we’re reimagining how marketers build and launch world-class email and landing page experiences. My role combines strategic vision with hands-on design leadership—shaping product direction, advocating for user needs, and helping our teams deliver beautiful, intuitive, and accessible experiences at scale.With a strong foundation in product thinking, continuous discovery, and opportunity mapping, I focus on connecting design to business impact while empowering my team to grow, lead, and thrive. I’m passionate about building inclusive design cultures, scalable systems, and collaborative environments where creativity and experimentation are celebrated.Internally, I work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Executive stakeholders to align strategy and execution. Externally, I’m always learning and sharing—whether it’s through thought leadership, mentorship, or engaging with the design community.
