CHANGE IS THE ONLY CONSTANT! Standing here as a great proof of the above statement, Hello, I am Sreetama Das a Geographer on the way to successfully achieving an MBA degree. I am currently working with all my dedication to get a second Master\'s degree in Business Administration (MBA), having already completed a M.Sc. degree in Geography from the University of Mumbai with a challenging specialisation in the Application of Remote Sensing in Hydrology. Choosing not to give myself a break I have work experiences including roles at Stesalit Systems Ltd and Adore India Organization. At Stesalit Systems Ltd, I initially worked in the Drone Division and later joined the Pre-sales Team. My experience there has given me skills in dealing with tenders, bidding, drone systems, and digitization processes. Prior to this, while pursuing my M.Sc. degree I served as a Senior Team Leader at Adore India, where I managed a large team of young people working to bring positive change. This role polished my skills in team management, leadership, communication, and presentation. Just because I thought it was not challenging enough nor was it worth too much credits, in addition to my full-time roles, I was actively freelancing in the field of Geography, which allowed me to explore GIS software and expand my technological knowledge. My goal now is to transition into Human Resource management, where I aim to leverage my team-building and communication skills to achieve my professional objectives. I am eager to embrace new opportunities and contribute effectively in this sector.
