As the Vice President of Client Services Delivery at Temenos, I lead a global team of 75+ resources to deliver a portfolio of services for Temenos T24 Transact, Temenos Analytics, Wealth Management, and Funds Management applications for both on-premise and cloud clients. With 20 years of extensive IT experience and credentials such as PMP, P3O®, and MSP®, I have a proven track record of driving the management and delivery of complex and highly visible projects across the globe.My core competencies include strategic management, agile project management, IT project and program management, people management, and organizational change management. I formulate and align department-level strategies with organizational strategies, steer organizational design and change within offshore services, and orchestrate integration of services functions during mergers and acquisitions.
