I am passionate about presales solutions engineering and I believe in placing customers and their business at the center of things to help them succeed in a business landscape that is constantly changing by leveraging the power of technology.My career in technology has been a story of 3 C’s. I started my career with Servion as a Presales Solution Consultant designing Customer Experience Management solutions helping clients deliver exceptional CX to their end customers. Four years down the lane, I decided to expand my areas of knowledge and expertise. I took a break from the corporate world to join University of Texas Dallas and completed a master’s degree in Information Technology and Management. I continued my career in presales and this time I got the opportunity to work with Pitney Bowes Software(Now Precisely) and helped customers solve Customer Information Management challenges and designed solutions to enable customers get more out of their data. The third exciting C is my current role at Salesforce where I am helping customers with their Customer Relationship Management strategy.
