My analytical approach has consistently driven process efficiency, saved valuable time, and enhanced the accuracy of financial reporting.In Hyderabad, I supported GSK by reducing the month-end cycle by three days through optimized consolidation reporting and streamlined processess.Working as an FP & A Analyst for GE Healthcare, I improved the order margin analysis to halve turnaround times and gained international experience through five U.S. business trips, transitioning two FTE workstreams.At IBM, I served as a Contract Financial Analyst (CFA) for IBM Canada’s software contracts, overseeing financial control for strategic outsourcing contracts worth $20 million annually. My career began at Tech Mahindra (formerly Satyam Computers) as a Finance Officer and quickly progressed to Financial In Charge (FIC) for the South Asia Regional Business Unit, where I managed $75 million in annual revenue across 70+ clients.In addition to my FP & A expertise, I bring a strong technical background with proficiency in BI tools like Hyperion and Essbase, ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle, and advanced Excel skills. During my journey to earn the CMA (formerly ICWA) qualification, I faced multiple challenges, including three unsuccessful attempts and setbacks due to ill health.    I\'ve been involved in 15+ divestment projects spanning multiple divisions of GSK. I am tasked with overseeing both internal and external reporting for GSK Pharma divestments. The divestment deals varied in size, ranging from £20 million to £450 million, and the transitional periods extended from 6 months to 3 years, spanning across the globe. A significant achievement during this period is streamlining the GSK Pharma divestments reporting process.• Created a unified working file for distinct divestments, effectively eliminating the financial impact of these transactions from Group consolidation reporting. This initiative has reduced the number of manual journals from 27 to 6, resulting in 15 hours during the crucial month time across multiple teams in the organisation. • Delivered accurate and insightful financial/non-financial reporting for external stakeholders on an annual turnover of ~£120m. Including, auditable profit reconciliations and performance updates. • Took complete ownership of reporting monthly profit remittances to the contractual party, conducting a thorough analysis of sales from Gross to Net, variance analysis for region level and product level sales, COGS, and profit release data. • Drove a £2M positive cash flow impact by conducting gross-to-net and operating margin analysis across 70+ regions, which led to the implementation of corrective actions.• Improved financial review efficiency by 2 hours per period by developing management review files that streamlined the Finance Directors\' month-end process.• Managed a £12M project budget, providing analysis on variances and effectively collaborating with stakeholders to align expectations.• Resolved £10M in unreconciled balances between the General Ledger and reported data for divested products, enhancing financial accuracy and integrity.
