Managing automotive OEM customer accounts in Europe & US markets as a Key Account Manager, serving as the single point of contact. Driving new business development including lead generation, client discussions, proposal preparation, and pricing strategy. Handling end-to-end customer management: RFQ response, quotation, order processing, dispatch coordination, and after-sales support. Preparing and negotiating commercial offers and pricing to achieve business targets and profitability. Utilizing SAP SD module for order-to-cash activities such as sales order creation, invoicing, dispatch tracking, and reporting. Coordinating with internal teams (logistics, quality, planning) to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
