   Lead ME for body structure parts for collision repair• Responsible for launch and ramp of body structure service parts for 3 vehicle platforms (R1, EDV and R2)• End to end program management of service parts in the manufacturing plant• Cross functional collaboration with various teams including demand planning, scheduling, manufacturing, process engineering, operations, material handling, quality, paint and outbound to facilitate availability of parts• Service ME Lead for the R1 refresh program, leading a team of automation controls engineers to update 40+ robot and PLC programs, delivering $1.2M+ in cost savings by executing the project in-house instead of using system integrators• Designed and launched two service workspaces in the factory for manual value-added activities, improving service assembly quality and throughput.• Led the implementation of end-to-end parts traceability from factory through VIN, supporting proactive quality control and rapid root-cause investigation.• Manage SAP service parts BOMs supporting plant operations and multiple parts distribution centers.
