   Jun 2023 – present – Service owner for Big Data platform at OCI. The portfolio includes Big Data Service (Open Source platform for Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Flink, Trino, and many more), Data Catalog, Dataflow (Managed Spark platform), and Data Integration Service (No Code/Low Code integration platform). Working on new products that make it easy for customers to adopt Oracle & 2021 to Jun 2023 - Service owner for Fast Connect, Site to Site VPN & briefly managed Network Firewall. Drove manyfold increase in usage and revenue of my services. Directly worked with the top handful of OCI customers in defining and operating networks that work best for their needs. Improved reliability and reduced service tickets by architecturally redefining these services. Enabled multi-cloud connectivity with other cloud vendors with capabilities such as OCI Interconnect for & / 2019 to Aug 2021- Built the big data analytics platform that runs OCI. Supported functions include Business Metrics, Capacity Management, Operations and Security. Pioneered a Self-Service Analytics platform that enabled explosive data growth and supported scaling of flagship Oracle products to new heights. Worked with many EVPs/SVPs to drive a data-driven culture. Helped large internal and external Oracle customers become early-stage customers of OCI.
