With a robust background in operations management and finance, I am confident in my ability to contribute effectively to the success of an organisation and help streamline processes, drive financial performance and optimize resource allocation to meet the company’s strategic objectives.In my previous role as senior analyst at Northern Trust I was responsible for overseeing both day to day operations and financial planning. My experience includes managing corporate and institutional clients in relation to equity funds and various financial products. I was responsible for the release of accurate Net Asset Value of the funds on a timely manner by adhering the deadlines. This involves reducing or minimising the market risk, implementing cost-saving initiatives and improving operational efficiency. My experience as a Senior associate at State Street has been more aligned to providing dedicated assistance to institutional insurance clients in the United States. With a focus on accuracy and compliance I was managing financial portfolios including futures and derivatives.Second stage of my career kicked off with my Masters in the UK with more operational experience as an intern. I worked as steering group member with few of my lecturers for an annual conference in Leeds Beckett University with UK Sports Development Network. It was a 2-day event with academics and practitioners within sports industry presenting their work and conducted various workshops. My role as a steering group member with UKSDN was challenging and exciting as I must showcase my creativity and skills. I worked along majorly with the marketing, finance and communication team to promote the event to various stakeholders within sports industry. We worked day in and out with a successful marketing communication strategy to deliver the fruitful two-day event in Leeds Beckett University. My full time professional career started with CBRE towards the end of my Master degree. I started as a helpdesk advisor with the organisation as part time and promoted within a short span of 6 months to contract support role. In that role I grabbed more operational and financial expertise by handling multiple contracts. I acquired a deep understanding of financial management principles, including financial analysis, budgeting and reporting. Also, from an operational point of view I was assisting the contract manager with resolution of client queries and analysis of estimates and quotations. This helped the contract with valuable insights for strategic decision making and drive sustainable growth.
