I am currently undergoing an internship in the Research and Development (R&D) department, where I am actively involved in reaction handling and process-related activities. My work includes assisting in yield improvement batches, monitoring reactions, and supporting batch optimization. I have hands-on exposure to handling OOS (Out of Specification) and OOT (Out of Trend) investigations by analyzing process and analytical data.I am also engaged in analytical laboratory activities, gaining practical experience in Karl Fischer (KF) titration, HPLC, and GC analysis. My responsibilities include sample preparation, mobile phase preparation, instrument operation under supervision, and basic data interpretation. This internship has helped me strengthen my analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and understanding of industrial R&D practices.
