Leading construction supervision and execution of rotating and static equipment for one of India’s largest polysilicon projects under EPCM scope. • Involved in equipment unloading, inspection, erection, alignment, and installation of major mechanical packages including pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, reactors,vessels, and columns. • Ensuring all construction activities are executed as per project specifications, drawings, and API standards (API 610, 661, 686). • Coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal engineering teams to ensure quality compliance, progress tracking, and resolution of site issues. • Supporting mechanical punch listing, system walk-downs, and preparation for mechanical completion.
