He has about thirty plus years of experience in Software Development, Project Management, Account Management, and Profit Centre Management as a Development Team Member, Project Manager, Project Director, CIO, as the Head of Profit Centre and Country Head. Prior to heading Zafin CoE, Sreekumar Nair successfully co-founded a CMMI Level 3 IT company with three of his colleagues in Technopark, India and headed its Business Development function before merging it with a larger company in the ICT space. In the earlier part of his career starting as a Trainee Engineer, he took up various successful assignments in leading organizations in the IT industry.
