With over 15years of overall of experience in Pure Operations, IT consulting and service management, I am a passionate leader and a creative problem-solver who strives to deliver outstanding results for my clients and my team. As the Head of Global Functional Operations at NCPL Consulting Inc, I oversee the service-related processes, systems, and methodologies that support high-quality service delivery across various domains and geographies.I take ownership of critical incidents, coordinate with resolution parties, and establish effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews. I also ensure that service delivery performance meets and exceeds customer expectations, and that improvement actions are implemented on time. In addition, I leverage my MBA in HR and Marketing, and my expertise in timesheet management, document management, and accounts receivables, to drive new business opportunities, acquire and retain clients, and optimize revenue and profitability. I aim to enable NCPL to become a global leader in IT consulting and service excellence.
