I am a development professional and PhD candidate specializing in Land Acquisition, Resettlement, and Rehabilitation (LARR) with over a decade of experience delivering sustainable and inclusive development outcomes. My expertise spans Health, WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), Environmental and Social Safeguards, Social Audit, Livelihood Promotion, and Labour Management, with strong alignment to World Bank Environmental and Social Standards (ESS1–ESS10) and IFC Performance Standards (PS1–PS8).In project management, I combine autocratic and democratic leadership styles with inclusive and servant leadership behaviors, ensuring both decisive execution and participatory engagement. At APSSAAT, I led state-level social audits for MGNREGS and NSAP, strengthening accountability and community participation.
