My Roles and Responsibilities include - • End to End Recruitment.• Handled complete Recruitment Life Cycle - Sourcing, Screening, Short-listing Profiles, Scheduling Interviews, Candidates Tracking, Follow-ups till joining.• Understanding the Requirements from the Clients.• Source the right candidates from the Job Portals / LinkedIn/ Database / References / Advertisements and screening of resumes according to the requirement.• Handling initial round of HR interview in order to judge the candidate\'s suitability, Attitude, Academic & professional qualification, experience, communication skills etc.• Scheduling interviews as per client\'s request by coordinating with both the Clients and the candidate.• Getting the feedback from the Clients on time.• Collecting the necessary documents from the candidates.• Proper co-ordination with the clients & candidates till the offer letters are rolled out.• Following up with candidates on joining dates and convincing them if they have any issues such as Compensation Review, Relocation, Onsite Travel etc.• Interacting with the clients through Team Lead on day to day basis for latest updates with regard to their requirements.• Uploading the Profiles of the candidates in the respective Client Portals.• Conducting Walk-in drives in our premises.• Coordinating interview at client’s premises whenever required.• Maintaining a systematic and comprehensive database of all candidates.• Meeting the numbers as per the target set by the Reporting Manager.• Preparing weekly and monthly reports on recruitment.
