   Lead and drive the R&D strategy for materials innovation across injection stretch blow molding, extrusion, and advanced coating platforms, with accountability for identification, evaluation, scale-up, and commercialization of polymers, biopolymers, functional fillers, additives, cellulose fibers, and advanced material blends.Oversee the development of monolayer extrusion and multilayer co-extrusion, coated and film-laminated paperboard structures designed for high-barrier and high-performance food, beverage, pharmaceutical, security, and sustainable packaging applications.Direct the development of next-generation packaging materials and manufacturing processes, with particular emphasis on cellulose-based formulations for functional and structural packaging components.Build and strengthen organizational expertise in bio-based and biopolymer barrier technologies, including material science, barrier mechanisms, and application of innovative raw materials in advanced packaging solutions.Manage and coordinate R&D trials, pilot programs, and technical validation at research institutes, raw material suppliers, and customer production facilities, ensuring smooth technology transfer from lab to industrial scale.Define technical specifications, qualification protocols, and piloting strategies to support customer applications and accelerate market adoption of newly developed materials and packaging solutions.
