Key Responsibilities: Developing sales plan for clinical diagnostics business, in consultation with BU head, Sales Head and Central Lab head Managing the sales team responsible for clinical diagnostics business. Building partnerships with hospitals and clinics to generate demand for Medgenome clinical diagnostics and molecular lab services Resolution of customer escalations if any in a timely manner. To coordinate with lab operation team for addressing technical queries and inputs for promotion related activities Initiate Research Findings to Business Development of Panels with Microorganisms in collaboration with Microbiologists and Molecular Biologists. Implement business development of Marketing Strategies for SES in Critical care Emergency decision makers in Tertiary care hospitals for accurate diagnosis and treatment based on Antibiotic Stewardship. Organizing and Follow Ups on Continuous Medical Evaluations on Epidemics and Pandemics in association with Clinicians. Creating awareness among medical fraternity for the need of innovative PCR based higher sensitivity diagnosis of infection and initiation of therapy in Brain infections and Sepsis or Blood Stream Infections. Provide inputs to Pricing decisions.
