My career has been defined by a passion for building high-impact engineering teams, nurturing innovation, and driving meaningful change at the intersection of cloud, AI, and open-source technologies.At Guidewire, I lead teams within the Cloud Common Services organization — focused on advancing the Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) through state-of-the-art technologies like Kubernetes, KubeVela, Crossplane, and AI-driven development. I’m deeply involved in fostering a culture of collaboration, engineering excellence, and continuous learning through initiatives like DevSummit, DevTrails Hackathon, and our AI-COE India program.Beyond work, I find balance on two wheels and on the cricket field.As a biker, I’ve clocked close to km exploring India’s diverse landscapes — from misty Western Ghats to coastal trails — often with a wrench in hand, fixing and servicing my machines myself. Riding keeps me grounded, reminds me to embrace the journey, and fuels my curiosity to explore what’s next.As a cricketer, I’ve spent decades playing with the same childhood team — a brotherhood that taught me leadership, resilience, teamwork, and humility long before the corporate world did.In short, I build teams the same way I ride and play — with passion, precision, and purpose.
