   As a Lead Developer, I guide my team at the exciting crossroads where solid data engineering meets intelligent automation.Right now, my main project is something I\'m really passionate about: we\'re building an AI-powered \"teammate\" to help streamline how we develop software. The idea is to automate the repetitive parts of the SDLC. We\'re using LangGraph to orchestrate AI agents that can listen to a meeting transcript, understand the requirements by checking our existing systems (using RAG), and then draft user stories and test cases on their own. We\'re bringing this to life with Python, the Qwen 3 model, and deploying it all through FastAPI and WebSockets for real-time interaction.This AI work is built on my 12-year foundation in Oracle. I also lead our database development, where I\'ve designed everything from complex PL/SQL solutions for our Connected Devices projects to entire OLAP and OLTP data models. A big part of that role has always been diving into legacy code and tuning it for modern performance demands.Ultimately, whether it\'s with AI or databases, my goal is the same: to lead and mentor a great team of developers, and to build powerful, effective tools that solve real problems.
