I am part of APAC & Japan Procurement leadership team and focus on value creation through sourcing rigor and strategic category management. Previous roles: I was COO of a large global player in mint flavors, turning around operations with top-line doubled in 3 years – portfolio re-balancing, pursued inorganic opportunities, delivered strong financial performance. I was VP-SCM & FINANCE of a food ingredients global player, driving synergies across 4 profit centers for cost optimization. Prior to that, I was with HINDUSTAN UNILEVER and its subsidiaries, demonstrating strong commercial acumen - make or buy decision (3P manufacturing), central planning & distribution, global category sourcing and exports business management. A keen speaker at various strategic sourcing and supply chain forums. I believe in sharing my experience and learning from others.
