I am a Automation Specialist experienced in Python and Robot Framework. I have over 15 years of experience in both DevOps and Data Engineering roles, with additional experience as an AI/ML Project Manager for American Express. I am also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Prince 2 certified professional, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality software and leveraging data-driven insights.As a TPM, I lead data collection and streamlining processes, creating frameworks that scale across different teams, and supporting and maintaining the operations of those processes. I also own program and project planning for the partner Data Engineering team, including gathering requirements, scoping effort, prioritization and resource allocation, blocking and tackling, and schedule of deliverables. I facilitate communication cross-functionally with other teams, ensuring that requirements are well understood, and that priorities and delivery schedules expectations are handled. I build and run processes that allow for the maximum agility and adaptation across data engineering teams to collect data and understand our products. I am passionate about bridging the gap between development and operations teams while ensuring efficient project management.
