Responsibilities:Fund Accounting & Client Reporting:Delivering accurate financial reports and services to country stakeholders and clients in alignment with the Service Level Memorandum and meeting strict reporting deadlines. Maintaining comprehensive accounting records for multiple investment funds and ensuring the accuracy of client books. Calculating Net Asset Value (NAV) on a daily basis and delivering timely reports to CPC and clients.Financial Review & Compliance: Reviewing client reports, verifying trades, and ensuring proper valuation of investments in compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Calculating and posting entries related to valuation, including management fees, performance fees, and operational expenses. Capturing and validating data on trades, prices, corporate actions, FX rates, and accounting entries to ensure precise NAV computation.Cash & Portfolio Oversight: Monitoring client cash positions and preparing forward-looking cash projection reports. Preparing and delivering portfolio valuation reports, investment compliance reports, and other periodic client reporting.Dividend & Payment Processing:Recording, disbursing, and reinvesting dividends while ensuring timely payment of fees to investment managers and advisors. Ensuring fund administration service fees are being settled by clients within agreed timelines.Stakeholder Engagement & Risk Management:Liaising with CPC and external stakeholders to address daily operational matters and supporting regular service reviews. Identifying operational risks and escalating issues to the Senior Manager with well-defined solutions. Supporting the Senior Manager in delivering assigned ad hoc projects within specified deadlines. Providing accurate reporting on Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), while driving initiatives for process optimization and efficiency.
