I am a seasoned Data Scientist and Generative AI Professional with over a decade of experience driving AI and ML solutions, currently serving as a Gen AI Manager at Capgemini since April 2025. I have worked on end-to-end Generative AI chatbot creation using RAG based LLM solutions on Google Cloud Platform. My expertise also lies in leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, and MLOps practices to deliver impactful business outcomes. Prior to this, I spent 10 years at Accenture (Oct-2014 - Dec 2024), advancing from Associate Software Engineer to Associate Manager, with a strong focus on data science and MLOps. In my final 1.2 years as Associate Manager, I led initiatives in testing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models, ensuring robust performance for generative AI applications. As a QA Lead for 2 years, I headed data-driven testing strategies, including image recognition an automated test case generation using computer vision techniques. My 5-year tenure as a Senior Software Engineer involved developing and deploying ML models for health insurance fraud detection and automobile telemetry predictive maintenance, utilizing Python, Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn. I also provided production support, ensuring seamless model deployment and monitoring using MLOps tools like MLFlow and Docker.My technical proficiency spans Python programming, SQL, and frameworks like spaCy, NLTK, and OpenAI’s GPT-4o for NLP-driven projects. I have hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows, integrating tools like GitHub Actions for automated model training and deployment. Notable projects include Document generation & chatbot using RAG based solution on GCP, Automated test case generation using NLP and GPT-4o and building predictive models for operational efficiency.
