I am the founder and president of The Cesario Group, a Broker Associate at Douglas Elliman Real Estate in Miami, Florida and an active Certified International Property Specialist helping families and investors reach their real estate goals. Bringing more than 30 years of experience in the International Arena to South Florida Real Estate market, I am a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (“CLHMS”) having earned the designation by performing in the TOP 10% of Miami real estate market. I have also earned membership into the Million Dollar GUILD™, which rewards certified success in the million-dollar and above market. Douglas Elliman Real Estate and Knight Frank Residential\'s global alliance has resulted in the largest interactive and connected network for luxury residential properties in the world. This partnership allows me to have access to unparalleled marketing resources for domestic and international properties in the top 10% of each market we service through co-branding across the world. With this partnership and other referral agreements in countries such as U.K and Portugal I am able to leverage our reach through a network of over 700 offices across 70 countries, and nearly agents. Douglas Elliman and Knight Frank Residential will jointly market more than $38 billion worth of prime and super-prime properties. MY BACKGROUND I moved to Miami Beach from New York City in the middle of a high-rise boom in South Florida, in the year 2012. I hold a Master of Arts Degree in Journalism (Broadcasting) from New York University and I have worked for a number of media outlets, from ESPN International to the financial news powerhouse Bloomberg TV. As a communication professional and multicultural consultant, I became interested in the real estate industry when buying, updating and selling my own homes and helping friends choose and purchase homes in different cities. This played an important role on my decision to embrace the competitive real estate market. Born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, and after more than 20 years living in New York City, I arrived in Miami determined to reinforce my own brand. When I am not traveling or working with a client, I dedicate my free time with valuable meetings with friends, creating digital art pieces, reading or learning something new. More here:
