I am an Advocate practicing before the Bombay High Court, with experience in civil litigation, arbitration, and tribunal matters.My work primarily involves assisting in matters on behalf of the Union of India through panel counsel, along with handling cases before forums such as the Central Administrative Tribunal and the Consumer Commission.I have also been part of arbitration proceedings, gaining exposure to evidentiary stages and hearing processes. My work includes drafting, research, and assisting in court and arbitration proceedings, with a focus on procedural aspects and effective case preparation.I am focused on building strong fundamentals in courtroom practice, with a disciplined and consistent approach to the profession.Alongside my practice, I have a keen interest in the intersection of law and technology, particularly in exploring how legal processes can be made more efficient through innovation.
