Some of my key responsibilities include:* Applying policies in Palo Alto firewall and Cisco ASA to ensure that network traffic is secure and in compliance with the company\'s policies.* Monitoring network traffic to identify and address any security threats or performance issues.* Upgrading pre-production and production servers to ensure that they are running efficiently and are up-to-date with the latest software and security patches.* Installing hot-fixes and licenses in servers to ensure that they are operating smoothly and securely.* Providing support for Outlook mail to ensure that employees are able to access their Algosec accounts and communicate effectively for any port opening in the firewall* Working on incidents and change requests in ServiceNow to ensure that any issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.* Troubleshooting network issues to identify and resolve any connectivity or performance issues.* Assisting with firewall migration projects to ensure that the company\'s network security is up-to-date and effective.During my time at TCS, I have demonstrated strong technical skills and a deep understanding of network management and security. I have consistently worked to ensure that the company\'s network infrastructure is secure, efficient, and effective, and have been recognized by management for my contributions to the organization.
