I partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to align hiring with business goals, drive internal talent acquisition across our consulting functions, and shape policies that balance agility with structure.From architecting recruitment processes and driving employer branding to managing employee relations and implementing progressive HR frameworks, I ensure our people practices evolve with the pace of our growth. I also play a critical role in scaling our culture, leading onboarding, engagement, and performance enablement for a distributed and rapidly growing team.With a focus on both operational excellence and human connection, I help fuel our expansion into new markets—including our recent Dubai launch—while ensuring our core remains people-first, inclusive, and impact-driven.
