The first system I ever shipped broke in production within a week. I fixed it, shipped again, and it broke differently. That cycle taught me more than any course ever did : How to build things that actually survive contact with the real world.That\'s what I spent two years doing at Mercedes-Benz R&D. Building ML systems that had to work in production, not just pass a demo. Designing automated dashboards and reporting pipelines that teams across the org actually depended on. Learning what it means to write code that has to keep running — at scale, under pressure, when someone\'s waiting on the output.Now I\'m at UIC finishing my Master\'s in CS and working as a Graduate Research Assistant across two research labs. In one, I\'m building a multi-agent LLM system for alzheimer\'s care - chaining retrieval, reasoning, and generation to produce stage-specific recommendations. In the other, I\'m building data pipelines for cancer research, processing and delivering patient records to clinicians. Different domains, same principle - systems that can\'t afford to be wrong.I reach for Python, C++, PyTorch, FastAPI, Spark, and Docker most often. AWS and Azure for cloud.
