Present working as a Lead Developer in the newly founded startup known as Etsaw which is based in New Jersey, USA. Building data tools to overhaul the US recycling system. Developing a platform that can connect both organizations and recyclers to buy and exchange different kinds of recyclable materials and hence making the plastic neutral environment. At OpenPlayTech (Acquired by Nazara Technologies) developed a mobile application with a team of 4 members. Built a fantasy gaming application by integrating both unity and web build. This is a hybrid application that can run on both Android & iOS platforms. At RNIT Software Solutions, developed an AI-based voice assistant mobile app for visually impaired people for a UK-based company. Developed micro apps for AP and Assam Govts(India). Handling the client requirements, understanding the business models, and learning the UI/UX designs. At PerspectAI (Loop Reality), As a Software Developer, I have been working with a team of psychologists & market teams to build a gamified talent assessment platform. Earlier used to work on a VR cycle project known as LoopFit. Over the years I primarily worked on react native, web application, cloud, and.NET applications. I manage a small team and have shared responsibilities. Starting from software development to marketing & sales used to handle and possibly contribute in every way. Designed a system that would cut down the operational overhead and costs while we still could cater to our increasing customer base. As a part of a startup, I learned to enjoy the challenges that were presented, including adapting to the rapidly changing landscape of the product and meeting unique client requirements while maintaining a level of abstraction for the developers and the rest of the team.
