Includes follow-up with clients and candidates, negotiating bill rates, direct labor rates, start dates, hiring candidates and any necessary training and job orientation. • On-going relationship building with all types of candidates to expand individual applicant database for future positions.• Successfully recruited new H1B and H1B transfer candidates.
