Hi, I’m Sravani Naramula, and no, I didn’t always know I’d end up managing high-stakes projects and clients across industries. But looking back, the signs were always there.I studied Electronics and Electrical Engineering at SNIST, but it was outside the classroom where I truly found myself. I was the Publicity Head at Bachpan Prayas, a student-run NGO, and led a fundraiser called Walk for a Cause that raised ₹1.25 lakh in just 2 days. That experience lit a spark in me. I loved leading, planning, and getting things done. That’s when I knew — I’m built for execution.After college, I joined MyCaptain as an Operations Executive, where I surpassed my sales targets (125% in a single month!) and learned how to talk to people and work fast without losing my mind. From there, my journey naturally evolved into more strategic and client-facing roles.Now, I’m a Project Manager at Mintage MarkComm, where I handle 10+ client accounts, lead multiple high-impact projects, and maintain a client retention rate above 60%.
