   Scope Management:Work with Program Manager’s, Engineer’s and Control Account Manager’s to update or expand upon a product oriented WBS that encompasses all of the scope defined in the customer or internal SOW.Decompose WBS to a level to ensure effective control of scope and cost. Capture the WBS dictionary describing each component of the WBS, i.e. scope, estimated cost, resources, and start/end dates. Work with SM, CDE, TSM to get the Change Point access to the team.
