Product Integration Lead, lead overall integration of ADAS Viewing into GM’s product development process(es) for VIP and SDV platforms. Drive cross-functional alignment and collaboration across design, program, product and engineering teams to resolve interface and integration issues. Primary contact between product groups, technology teams, and business stakeholders, providing technical subject matter expertise and driving open issues to closure. Lead integration reviews, facilitate cross-functional workshops, and manage technical trade-offs to balance performance, quality and design. Present integrated product updates, risks, and strategies to senior leadership and engineering departments. Lead the validation of integrated software and hardware releases at both subsystem and vehicle levels. Develop comprehensive integration test plans and strategies to ensure optimal system compatibility, functionality, and performance. Lead bench-level and vehicle-level integration testing to verify system functionality before production builds. Conduct failure analysis and root cause analysis for integration issues, collaborating with development teams to ensure timely resolution. Define and track test execution details, managing and documenting defects through tools like JIRA, PRTS.
