Coming to my first job starts with Inteli Platforms as a [W2] US IT Technical Recruiter and Sales Recruiter,Coming to my skills we need search the profiles according to the client requirement[Screening], once we found the suitable profile we need to speak about the rate part with the candidate once rate is finalized[phone screening], we gonna submit the profile to client and scheduling the interview for the candidate and maintaining relation ship with candidate until project ends. Coming to my second job its gonna be a big task because I use to do both sales Recruiter and Technical [ C-2-C, W2 ]at the same time in Innovative intelligent solutions, its been hard for some days but later on its ok to do that. this increases the time management in day2day life.
