I’m a final-year B.Tech student in Food Technology with hands-on experience from internships at Mother Dairy and Ghodawat Pvt. Ltd, where I gained practical insights into dairy processing, quality control, and industrial food operations. These experiences have enhanced my understanding of real-world food technology applications and strengthened my interest in the private sector.Currently, I’m also learning Python to expand my skill set and explore its applications in data analysis, automation, and food tech innovation. My key responsibilities include:•Assisting in routine lab analysis and documentation•Supporting Quality Management System (QMS) implementation•Monitoring GMP, GHP and hygiene practices•Conducting sample testing, data recording and result interpretation•Helping in verification of CCPs, process controls and compliance checks•Coordinating with production and QA teams for continuous improvement•Ensuring adherence to Nestlé quality standards and regulatory requirementsThis role is helping me build strong technical skills, understand real-time factory operations, and contribute to delivering safe, high-quality products.
