With a BA in Economics Hons from Ramadevi University, I have a strong background in data analysis, market research, and economic theory. These skills help me to understand the needs and expectations of various roles and industries, and to source and screen candidates accordingly.I have been working as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Axis Bank for four months, where I am responsible for hiring candidates for banking, sales, finance, and marketing departments. I have successfully filled multiple positions, using various sourcing channels, assessment tools, and interview techniques. I have also collaborated with hiring managers, stakeholders, and HR teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Before joining Axis Bank, I was a Human Resources Executive at Vodafone Idea Limited for over a year, where I gained hands-on experience in corporate recruiting, recruitment, and leadership hiring. I was part of the pan-India recruitment TA team, and I managed the end-to-end recruitment cycle for over 200 employees in enterprise, retail, sales and marketing. I also handled database management, corporate onboarding and induction programs, and stakeholder management.I am passionate about creating a diverse, inclusive, and supportive work environment, where people can grow and thrive.
