Hello! My name is Stephanie and I am a recent alum of Binghamton University. As a Hispanic woman born and raised in NYC, I was always taught that to succeed, I had to work hard. Up until my senior year of high school, when people would ask me what I wanted to do, I always answered \'I don\'t know,\' as it was the truth. However, during quarantine, I began to reflect, and after pondering over my past professional experiences (most of which included volunteering experiences), I realized that my calling was to help people. Furthermore, my interest in how the government worked and the effects of policies on different groups of people fueled my passion for the law field.During my time in college, I was able to take on a variety of leadership positions both in on-campus offices and student organizations. Through these roles and other related field experiences, I honed important skills that will help me in my path to becoming a lawyer.
