I am currently working as a BI Lead training, guiding, and supporting the team, Global Service Desk and end users. Provide LOE, POC on an ongoing basis. Designed the Report Requirements Document (RRD) that acts as a source for Report Design and development. Provide data mining and analysis from target to source systems. Installed and migrated WebFOCUS reports,schedules,dashboards,users from 7.6.4 version to 7.7.03 version.Defined standards and automated several processes by creating standard utilities to minimize man hours in development. With no guidance and supervision proactively designed and developed several self-service applications making the information available at the finger tips for technical, production support teams saving of man hours. With little customization these applications can be implemented in any organization that use WebFOCUS and Report Caster. Few Applications are: Move Sub-set of Schedules from one user to another in the same environment Move sub-set of schedules from one server to another server Impact analysis on schedules Manage Report Caster schedules externally Reporting Metrics Dashboard - a guided adhoc tool representing Report Caster metrics Dynamically name FTP files and destination locations Presented a case study “Customizing Report Caster and achieving 99% accuracy\" at IBI Summit 2012 Presented “Multiple distributions Via Single Schedule and dynamically Name FTP files and destinations” at IBI Summit 2013
