Foster inter-departmental collaboration to identify, prevent, and solve problems at the departmental, program, and institutional levels. Prioritize retention while recruiting students for the Master’s in Counseling Psychology program. Guide 200-400 prospects per year through the admissions application process and select 80 stellar students annually.
