I created interactive forms in InDesign and Word to streamline their data collection process. These forms were designed to be user-friendly, ensuring ease of use for staff. The interactive elements included fillable fields, and checkboxes, which simplified data entry and reduced errors. By making the forms accessible and efficient, we enhanced their workflow, saving time and improving the accuracy of the collected data. This project significantly eased their administrative burden.
