Greetings.A retired Armed Forces Medical Services doctor, I finished my Post Graduation in the field of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine under the aegis of ICMR - CENTRE FOR CANCER PATHOLOGY (CCP/NICHDR) in October 2025.An ardent learner with passion to teach, I have a 10 year long clinical experience out of which I spent 7 years working as Medical Officer with the glorious Armed Forces where I had the honour of serving with both Army(20••••21) and Airforce (20••••22) as Medical Officer. This was where I gained my exposure and training to manage and organise Field Medical Training activities, Human Resource and Medical Setup Management at both Zonal and Tertiary-care Hospitals before finally retiring from AFMS in March 2022.I have got hands - on training over the diverse field of Histopathology / Oncopathology with phenomenal exposure to Neuropathology, Dermatopathology, Uropathology, Gynepathology, Pediatric Hepatobiliary and Solid Tumor specimens amongst other subspecialties at the apex research institute (ICMR- CCP) in affiliation with Safdurjung Hospital, New Delhi. My areas of interest include-Oncopathology -Molecular Pathology-Metabolomics -Bioinformatics-Artificial Intelligence in Digital PathologyMeanwhile, I have actively participated in few online beginner courses on Bioinformatics.Currently employed as Senior Resident in Pathology at Dibrugarh Cancer Centre under Assam Cancer Care Foundation.Good health to all!
