The primary point of contact for all sellside analysts and buyside investors, across both equity and debt and coordinates the quarterly earnings process. Helped raise $14 billion in high yield debt to finance the company’s expansion and content investment plans.* Corporate Development Head up Corporate Development, overseeing the company’s M&A strategy. This involves identifying and evaluating potential acquisition candidates, diligencing targets, transaction structuring, deal negotiation and working with internal stakeholders. Sourced, negotiated and closed the purchase of Millarworld, a leading comic book publisher, Netflix’s first acquisition in its 20-year history. Purchased a portfolio of billboards on the world famous Sunset Strip and the Storybots kid IP and led the investment in Studio Dragon, Korea\'s leading TV producer. More recently, announced the acquisition of Night School Studio, Netflix\'s first gaming studio acquisition, and the iconic Roald Dahl Story Company, home of beloved characters like Willy Wonka, Matilda and The BFG.* Strategy Planning and Analysis Oversee the teams that are responsible for Netflix\'s P&L and operating margin targets, FP & A support for corporate functions and global subscriber analytics.
