I am a real estate researcher and finance professor who is focused on quality in both areas. I have taught courses in corporate finance, financial management, financial institutions, investments, portfolio theory, money and capital markets, principles of real estate, real estate finance, real estate valuation, real estate law, and microeconomics and have been recognized for high quality teaching. Additionally, I have published articles in respected real estate journals, including the Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics, the Journal of Real Estate Research, and the Journal of Real Estate Portfolio Management.
