Steven Psaledakis is the President at Vaughan Nelson Investment Management. Based in Houston, Texas, Vaughan Nelson is a boutique affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers and manages U.S. equity and fixed income strategies. Internationally, Vaughan Nelson offers international (ex-U.S.), global, and emerging market products. In his role as President, Steven leads the firm’s next generation of business development, product diversification, and operations initiatives. Steven is also an advisor to Natixis Investment Managers Operating Services (NIM-os™), a services subsidiary of Loomis, Sayles & Company, an affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers. As President Steven helps define product offerings and strategic solutions that align with client priorities and emphasizes tools and services that improve efficiency, streamline processes, and increase profitability for the complex. Prior to joining Vaughan Nelson in 2017, Steven was a private consultant and evaluated operational platforms to support business and growth objectives. Steven’s earlier positions in hedge funds, CTAs, and financial services firms include more than ten years collectively as an executive covering operations and front office. Prior to consulting, Steven worked in structured finance as director at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein Securities and principal at Banc of America Leasing & Capital.
